John T. Edwards Husband, Father, United Stated Air Force Veterans of over 7 years, a Vietnam Veteran, and a Veteran of Foreign Wars Life Member.

He was born in New Westminster British Columbia, Canada on June 21, 1948 and later on became a United States Citizen.

He entered service in the US Air Force on 17 November 1966 and attended Basic Training at Lackland AFB, Texas. He met his wife in High School and married on March 18, 1967 in Shepherds AFB in Wichita Falls, Texas. He served on several AFB to include Lackland AFB, Shepherds AFB, Nellis AFB, Edwards AFB, and finished his military career at JBLM.

He served in Tuy Hoa, Vietnam as a aircraft maintenance technician for the F-111A  from October 15, 1969 to September 15, 1970 and met up with his wife Velma in Hawaii.

He was a Life Member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars which he served a Department of Nevada Chaplain, Several position at the District and Post level. He was a dedicated member of VFW Silver State Post 3396 in Sparks Nevada.
