Daniel Walker, Gunnery Sergeant, USMC Retired, honorably served from April 1973 to December of 1995. He lives in Reno with wife, retired Marine Major Kathy Hamman. Comrade Walker deployed to Saudi Arabia for Operation DESERT STORM, as well as to Somalia for Operation RESTORE HOPE. He is a life member of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In addition to actively volunteering at many Veteran events, Daniel is also a member of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). Daniel is also the director of the Northern Nevada Wheelchair Program.
